Our criteria for great basketball coaches center around the following areas: years of experience, past successes and being value driven.
I’m proud to say, the Youth Hoops coaching staff collective experience exceeds 100 years. In addition, every coach has led a championship team, or played an instrumental part.
And lastly, it’s far more important (for each coach) to help kids build character than to be a great basketball player. We’re value driven!
